Bone Appétit is a 24/7 food pantry located at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine open to everyone in the ISU CVM community stocked with non-perishable food items, personal hygiene products, baby items, and pet food and litter. The pantry is confidential and personal information is never collected, and there is no limit to how much you can take or how often you can use the pantry. Our pantry uses the motto, “Take what you need, use what you take.”

Location

The food pantry has two locations.

  • Non-perishable food items are in the cabinets below the microwaves in the vending machine hallway next to the Gentle Doctor Café.
  • Personal hygiene, baby, and pet items can be found in the cabinets in the Fish Tank Lobby wing of the Café Commons.
