Current departmental research includes behavioral neuroscience, pathogenesis and mechanisms of neurodegeneration, neurotoxic stress on pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases, neuronal cell death, neuroprotectants in central nervous system disorders, and neurohormonal changes in congestive heart failure.
